The HGK order app allows you to place your orders mobile and user-friendly directly on your smartphone or tablet.
The order app is the optimal extension to handle the order processes in your company even when you are away from your desk. Order as usual from your suppliers and keep an eye on your open purchase orders. You need an Android device with appropriate settings for country or region of your Google account, the app must be activated for your company, and you have to be a registered HGK order user to benefit from this app.
The order app offers you the following functions:
• automatic synchronization of the order app with your HGK order web application
• personal dashboard: purchasing behaviour, reports, evaluations
• approval workflow for the release of planned purchase orders
• consideration of the agreed, individual price agreements
• overview of all placed oders
We continue to develope the order app. It is planned to integrate the following functions in the future:
• book your orders after receiving the goods and convert open orders into incoming deliveries
• with an inventory function, you can keep an eye on stocks, detect differences and optimize your warehousing.
